Mid box warehouse for final plot on East Midlands scheme
Urban Logistics REIT and developer Wilson Bowden are speculatively building a 44,604ft2 mid box warehouse on the final plot at Willow Farm Business Park, Castle Donington.
The unit will have 10 metre eaves, dock and level access loading doors, a self-contained car park and yard. It is expected to reach practical completion in May 2022.
Toby Wilson of M1 Agency said: “The lack of stock in the area for sub-50,000 ft2 stock is generating good levels of initial interest pre-completion in April of this year.”
