MIQ Logistics acquires UK retail logistics company
MIQ Logistics has acquired UK-based The Logistics Corporation (TLC), a move that expands MIQ’s operations in the UK and Europe.
The agreement complements the existing service offering of MIQ Logistics in the UK and Europe by offering customers enhanced end-to-end supply chain solutions, including retail warehousing and fulfilment operations.
As part of the agreement, MIQ Logistics adds multiple warehouse locations and retail-oriented dedicated distribution centres to the company’s current locations around the UK.
TLC has worked closely with MIQ Logistics for the past six years.
Kansas-based MIQ Logistics has offices in North America, Asia, Europe and South America.
