New branch manager with DB Schenker Innsbruck

Manfred Zaletel assumes management of DB Schenker branch in Innsbruck, Tyrol; Hannes Egger leaves the company

With the turn of the year Manfred Zaletel (55), longstanding branch manager of DB Schenker in Röthis, has assumed the management of the branch in Innsbruck. With immediate effect he is in charge of managing both branches. Hannes Egger, previous branch manager in Innsbruck, leaves the company.

Manfred Zaletels’ career with DB Schenker has started in 1973 with an apprenticeship in Innsbruck. He run through all positions in the forwarding company from dispatcher to division manager for international land transport. From 1993 to 1996 he had been holding the function of branch manager in Wels, Upper Austria. Later he moved to Vorarlberg, where he took over the management in Hard/Bregenz.

In this function he had also been responsible for the successful building of a new branch in Röthis in 2004. In parallel to this the experienced manager is also active as president of the professional group of forwarders in the Economic Chamber in Vorarlberg.
