New capabilities for Red Arrow and GES

Red Arrow Logistics receives NVOCC licence; GES Canada adds Customs brokerage services.

The Federal Maritime Commission has awarded an NVOCC licence to Red Arrow Logistics, allowing the company to provide ocean freight forwarding services.

CEO Liz Lasater commented that the licence enables Red Arrow Logistics to meet requests from customers to leverage business relationships into other logistics services with additional modes of transport and trade lanes.

Globe Express Services (Overseas Group) has announced the addition of in-house Customs brokerage services across Canada.

The GES corporate offices in Toronto, Montréal, Ottawa and Vancouver now offer the full range of brokerage services, including classification, port and cross-border clearance, and compliance consulting.
