New Gefco locations in Eastern and Southeastern Europe
Specialist for industrial logistics Gefco completes network with locations in Bulgaria and Russia
The specialist for industrial logistics Gefco added two new locations to its network in Eastern and Southeastern Europe. The Bulgarian company has just opened a location in Varna, headed by Sasha Doncheva. Thus the enterprise continues its development in this region and expands its sea freight activities at the Black Sea.
In Russia the group started operating a location in Togliatti in the region of Samara, increasing the total of sites in this country to seven. Gefco Russia is mainly active in the automotive segment and boosts its presence in the local market with innovative services such as just-in-time delivery or in-plant services for automotive manufacturers. Customers are served at site by an expert controlling all procedures at the production plant, and guaranteeing continuous control and preparedness to react, to avoid failures in the supply chain. The customers of the location in Togliatti include reputable industrial companies such as Faurecia Seating, Valeo and Gestamp.
