E.N.T. Internationale Transporte GmbH from Wörgl insolvent again

Tyrol long distance transport company E.N.T. Internationale Transporte occupies creditors and court in Innsbruck anew
 
On 28 March the bankruptcy proceedings about the assets and liabilities of E.N.T. Internationale Transporte GmbH based in Wörgl were opened at the regional court Landesgericht Innsbruck. Lawyer Mag. Walter Rupprechter from Wörgl was appointed as liquidator in this case. First hearing before court was sceduled for 24 May 2013. Regisrtation period for creditors ends on 10 May 2013, announces the association for the protection of creditors KSV 1870.
 
The company had lately 5 employees and provided long distance transport services. Insolvency proceedings about the assets and liabilities of this company had already been opened at the regional court Landesgericht Innsbruck last year. Creditors had accepted a restructuring plan, which was not met by the indebted company however, which is why insolvency proceedings had to be opened again. The company’s liabilities amount to about EUR 400,000. The decision about continuation of the business will be made within the next 14 days.
