New occupiers at St. Modwen Chamberhall Business Park

Spot Promotions and Premier Textiles have both taken space at St.Modwen’s Chamberhall Business Park in Bury, Greater Manchester.Retail convenience and promotion specialists Spot Promotions agreed to 11,000 sq ft of warehouse space, and fabrics importer Premier Textiles has taken 15,000 sq ft. JD Sports, TNT, and Polyfloor are already occupants.

The deals follow the completion of the first phase of development at Chamberhall Business Park, which has seen the delivery of 130,000 sq ft warehouse space across 14 new units.
