New ownership structure with KLVrent Österreich

KLVrent Österreich to be split off from the German parent company

KLVrent, according to their own account the biggest hirer of transportation vehicles in Austria, has a new ownership structure since 18 November. The former executive staff member Bernd Kaindlsdorfer holds 50 per cent of the company shares with immediate effect. The remaining 50 per cent are held by Stefanie Schadhauser, the daughter of the former Managing Director Stefan Kaltenhauser.

The new owners of KLVrent Österreich have just been entered into the commercial register. Thereby the four Austrian locations are separated economically from the German parent company. The company headquarters of KLVrent Österreich is located in Wallern an der Trattnach in Upper Austria. Further locations are in Wiener Neudorf, Salzburg and Graz. The company has 14 employees and a fleet of more than 600 transportation units.

The new owners of KLVrent are looking forward to the future. “Financing of trucks and trailers is getting more and more difficult for transport companies. This is the chance of a bigger demand for our services as a hirer of vehicles“, Bernd Kaindlsdorfer analyses the development. “We presented our house bank a workable plan, which met broad support,“ he adds.
