New property categories at the Supply Chain Excellence Awards
The three new property categories include;
-The Property Contribution to Social Impact and Well-Being Award;
This award is open to any industrial and logistics property agent, developer, investor or occupier that through a programme of innovative development has proven to put people and community first.
-The Property Partner of the Year Award;
Entries for the Property Partner of the Year are invited from agents, in the main, but also developers working closely with occupiers on innovative property strategies to support clients’ short-, medium- and long-term business ambitions.
-The Property Contribution to Net Zero Goals Award.
This Award is open to property agents, developers, investors or occupiers to put forward projects that show how all stakeholders involved in the planning, construction and use of the building work closely together to meet ambitious sustainability goals.
