New speculative warehouse in Wakefield

Property and logistics specialist Onward Holdings has constructed a new speculative warehouse in Featherstone, near Wakefield, by Junction 31 of the M62 motorway.

The property known as Phoenix 66 was built speculatively and totals 66,812 sq ft. It has an office area of 3,104 sq ft as well as 13m eaves, dock and level access doors and a 43m deep service yard.

Iain McPhail of Knight Frank said: “There is a dearth of mid-sized new build warehouse stock in the region currently and the property provides an institutionally-designed and flexible opportunity for occupiers looking for quality space close to labour and motorways.”

Letting agents are Andrew Miller Chartered Surveyors and Knight Frank.
