Big shed scheme for Oxfordshire

db Symmetry is working up plans for a 1.9 million sq ft distribution and logistics warehouse scheme near Ardley in Oxfordshire.

The developer has secured a 110-acre site subject to planning. It will be known as Symmetry Park, Ardley, and is located directly alongside the M40 motorway at Junction 10.

The site is being promoted through Cherwell District Council’s Local Plan process, in response to current market need and demand for additional logistics development.

An outline planning application submission for the scheme is anticipated mid-2020 with a consent to follow early 2021.
