Next-generation solutions shaking up WMS status quo…

WMS technology innovator, SnapFulfil, is again leading the way with two pioneering initiatives that have already been hailed ‘game-changing’ by customers.

A unique Remote Implementation (RI) programme means its award-winning software can be onboarded from anywhere in the world, within just a matter of weeks, while SnapBuddy is an AI-style training tool, which ultimately enables customers to self-configure their WMS.

RI provides tailored virtual support, including regular online training, to ensure new teams are able to access and test the system, meeting critical go-live deadlines. SnapFulfil can also handle multiple implementations at any given time, for a much lower cost to the client and highly customisable user experience and convenience.

The first projects were successfully completed in early 2020, but the pandemic has really accelerated its acceptance and demand. It works so well because SnapFulfil’s sophisticated rules-based engine is extremely flexible and configurable.

Customers are also being encouraged to ‘go configure’ with SnapBuddy, which offers proactive, step-by-step guidance on how to perform key processes within the WMS. People learn by doing, not by reading instruction manuals, with SnapBuddy walking the user through the configuration, each step of the way.

And by enabling the customer to take charge of their independence earlier, SnapBuddy can support rapid scaling of fulfilment processes, as well as quick succession of multiple warehouse rollouts.
