Nominations open for everywoman awards
Nominations are now open for the Freight Transport Association’s 2014 everywoman in Transport & Logistics Awards.
The event aims to highlight the industry’s inspirational women, by celebrating their successes and achievements, as well as encourage more women to pursue a career in the sector.
„Being selected as a finalist, or in fact winning an award, will attract attention and support from the industry and the press, recognising the nominee as an inspirational role model who will inspire others,“ said a spokesperson.
„In addition, by showcasing successful female employees, companies position themselves as a place with serious career options for women and one that supports them – helping them retain and attract the best female talent .“
