India’s Overnite Express Ltd has launched a new, premium service, "Overnite Priority", a service with an "assured next business-day delivery" feature with a ‚money back guarantee‘ attached to it.
The company has also put in place a team of executives which will be specially looking after this service segment and will be tracking the movement of consignment from receiving till final delivery.
Overnite plans to reach out to the rural masses and as such has planned to create a network of 5000 branches across the country in the next 2-3 years.
