Panalpina CEE puts focus on Turkey, Romania and northern Iraq

Panalpina CEE’s headquarters Vienna wants to set accents in the field of project logistics with global know how this year:

 

The target of Panalpina CEE is to expand the network and its customer relations. “This year the focus lies on Turkey and Romania. Another core issue are activities in Kurdistan, northern Iraq, dominated by services for the oil and gas industry“, says Managing Director Dr. Robert Brugger in the interview with the Austrian transport magazine Österreichische Verkehrszeitung.

In Turkey the globally acting transport and logistics group wants to score with its know how in the field of project logistics. Several power plant projects gave the impetus therefore, involving reputable Austrian enterprises from the segment of mechanical and plant engineering. This gives Panalpina’s specialists the hope for new orders.

As a supplier of transport and logistics services, specialising on continuous supply chain management solutions in cooperation with worldwide air and sea freight transportations, Panalpina serves the region central and eastern Europe with locations in 15 countries. From 550 employees around 300 persons are working at locations in Austria.
