Prangl group returns to growth

Prangl – specialist for difficult tasks – achieved a significant increase in turnover in the 2010/11 financial year

2010/11 has been a good financial year (effective date 31 July) for the Prangl group, headquartered in Brunn am Gebirge. The enterprise operating in the segments crane rental, work platforms, heavy/special transport and heavy haulage generated a turnover of EUR 75 million in the reporting period. This was 14 per cent more than last year, as Managing Director Mag. Christian Prangl announces in the interview with the paper LogEASTics.

Prangl is a special provider of solutions for difficult tasks relating to in and output as well as transport of over weight and oversized freight pieces. The core expertise of the family enterprise founded in 1965 lies in hiring mobile cranes and work platforms as well as carrying out special transports. The Prangl group has currently about 600 employees at 17 locations in Austria (Brunn am Gebirge, St. Pölten, St. Florian near Linz, Buch/Tyrol, Gratkorn, Poggersdorf), Germany, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia, Croatia and Romania.
