primetime parcel service has two new major B2C customers

BSH Hausgeräte and Dänisches Bettenlager to profit from primetime’s parcel delivery services to private customers

The express parcel service provider primetime has gained two new major B2C customers. Since recently they are delivering 6,100 parcels to private customers on behalf of household appliances company BSH Hausgeräte GmbH, marketing the brands Bosch, Siemens, Neff, Gaggenau and Constructa, and the furniture company Dänisches Bettenlager. The volume handled by BSH Hausgeräte amounts to about 6,000 parcels, each of them also with the additional aviso service. This means the customer is informed by short message or e-mail about the estimated arrival time of the parcel at the receiver.

The B2C parcels are delivered from Monday until Friday. If delivery is not possible, a message is left, a short message or e-mail is sent to the recipient and the parcel is brought to the next Hermes PaketShop. There the parcel can be collected within five working days. Consignments with cash on delivery, additional insurance or indentity control a second date for delivery is agreed with the recipient. Also returns can be brought to a Hermes PaketShop. All service functions are connected with the internet portal meinpackerl.at for shipment tracking.

primetime (HVS Haus Versand System GesmbH) is by its own account Austria’s leading parcel specialist for express and additional services such as cash on delivery, identity control and supply of departments. Since 2011 the parcel logistician delivers also B2C consignments. In 2011 the brand with about 140 direct and indirect employees and 90 vehicles moved about 2.9 million parcels throughout Austria.
