Prologis acquires 11.58 acres in Hemel Hempstead

Prologis UK has acquired 11.58 acres of development land adjacent to its logistics park in Hemel Hempstead.

Prologis will use the land to expand Prologis Park Hemel Hempstead to cater to growing demand from both local and national companies. Once complete, the logistics park will comprise of over 750,000 sq ft of industrial and logistics space.

“Prologis Park is our newest industrial and logistics park in the South East and is attracting interest from both local and national companies thanks its proximity to London and the range of building sizes available. 72% of the park is already leased,” said Prologis leasing & development officer Paul Hanley.
