Property investor snaps up vacant warehouse for redevelopment

Property company PMW Property has snapped up a 70,000 sq ft warehouse at Coates Park in Mansfield for redevelopment.

Mike Wrigley of PMW said: “I am delighted to secure this exciting opportunity at a time when the property market is seeing real improvements. Demand is certainly rising and stock levels are so poor that we are already seeing rents and capital values nudge up as a direct result.

The property sits on a 4.5 acre site and there is scope for extension. FHP advised.
