Rail logistician SETG tightened its circle of shareholders

Salzburger Eisenbahn Transportlogistik GmbH has one associate and reinforces marketing of single wagon transport

The Salzburger Eisenbahn Transportlogistik GmbH (SETG) has recently tightened its shareholder structure. Managing Director Gunther Pitterka has increased his holding in the company to 100 per cent. He is now the sole owner of the enterprise. “This helps us to position ourselves as a neutral, nationally and internationally acting, group-independent provider of rail logistics services“, he comments on this step.

In addition to the restructuring of the shareholder structure, the company has expanded its marketing activities for single wagon traffic in Europe. Ms. Melanie Kaufmann’s commitment shall further boost this segment for feeder track transport as well as for solutions combined with other transport means.

Salzburger Eisenbahn Transportlogistik GmbH develops, implements and serves complex logistics concepts for rail cargo transport. Based on a comprehensive partner network in Europe, Gunter Pitterka and his 9-persons staff offer „tailored solutions for the wood, paper/cellulose, chemicals, vehicles and steel industry", as they state.
