Sedex appoints sourcing director

Anna Harvey has become director of responsible sourcing at Sedex, which provides a collaborative platform for sharing responsible sourcing data on supply chains, used by more than 43,000 members in over 150 countries.

Harvey runs a sustainability consultancy practice, 3shifts. She said: “I am very excited to announce that through my consultancy 3shifts, I will be working closely with Sedex as their newly appointed Director of Responsible Sourcing. I have been consulting to Sedex over the past 18 months and I’m delighted to continue this relationship.”

Sedex chief executive Jonathan Ivelaw-Chapman said: “Sedex members should have access to best-in-class sustainability thinking and expertise and in bringing Anna onto the leadership team I am delighted that we are able to serve this need.”
