Segro completes Grade A London spec development
Segro has developed 173,130 sq ft of Grade A speculative light industrial and logistics space across three units at Navigation Park Phase 2, Enfield.
The company has described the site as “London’s first ‘carbon neutral’ industrial scheme”. The site uses LED lighting managed by motion and light sensors, high U-Value building fabric, and 535 kWp photovoltaic panels – the solar panels are forecast to ‘offset approximately 240 tonnes of carbon per year, generating more energy than will be required from the grid.
Camden Town Brewery has already taken up one unit 57,240 sq ft.
