She’s RHA and Creating Inclusive Cultures have partnered to promote diversity and inclusion in light of the driver shortage faced by the logistics industry.

Creating Inclusive Cultures provides a forum for businesses to share best practice when it comes to realising the benefits of diversity and inclusion and She’s RHA aims to access and include a more extensive and diverse talent pool to attract a younger workforce. “The logistics/transport sector is under represented in diversity and inclusion,” said CIC programme director Fiona Triller.

“This partnership will give She’s RHA members the opportunity to access even more events throughout the UK and the ability to network, learn and share best practise with like-minded individuals from a variety of industries,” said RHA board member and founder of She’s RHA, Lesley O’Brien.
