Super Smart Services snaps up yet another Midlands warehouse
Super Smart Services has snapped up another warehouse in the Midlands bringing the total amount of space leased in the last couple of weeks to 450,000ft2.
The Chinese fulfilment company has taken developer Canmoor’s 173,484ft2 Unit 3 warehouse at Mustang Park in Daventry in the East Midlands.
Super Smart Services took two warehouses totalling 280,354ft2 in the Midlands from real estate asset manager and investor Logicor, only last week.
The facility at Mustang Park boasts 12m eaves, 21 dock and 2 level access doors as well as 50m yard.
Joint letting agents are Burbage Realty, Cushman & Wakefield and JLL.
