“TR-Roll” Polyurethane wheels: comfort, silent running and resistance

Tellure Rôta presents the new wheels of the 62 series: an innovative product which combines silent running, comfort and the ability of overcome obstacles of a rubber-covered wheel with wear resistance, load capacity and the resistance to mechanical movement of a polyurethane wheel. This series is suitable for use in industrial environments for carrying medium-heavy loads, including with mixed outdoor-indoor use. On even floors, can be used at a speed of up to 16 km/h.

Technical features:
Aluminium centre
TR-Roll Polyurethane tread, hardness 75 Shore A, high thickness and round profile
Hub with ball bearing and with ball bearing facilities
Available diameters: 100-125-160-180-200 mm

High thickness “TR” polyurethane wheels: high technology, high performances

Designed to allow an enhanced handling of trolleys with heavy loads, on uneven floors.
They represent an ideal choice when both an improved ability to overcome obstacles than “standard” TR polyurethane wheels of series 65 and a higher load capacity than elastic TR-Roll polyurethane wheels of series 62 are required.
A high thickness tread allows:
an excellent ability to overcome obstacles
a reduced force when pulling/pushing the trolley
a good performance in presence of mechanical handling and towing applications
excellent performance at speeds higher than 4 km/h
Diam. of 100 and 125 mm can also be used as stabilising wheels for pallet trucks.

Technical features:
Aluminium centre
TR Polyurethane tread, hardness 95 Shore A, high thickness and round profile
Hub with ball bearing and with ball bearing facilities
Available diameters: 100-125-160-180-200 mm

Single ball bearing wheels with injected polyurethane and thermoplastic rubber tyre: durable and efficient for trolleys that need to be available all day long.

Allow an easier handling of trolleys or equipment carrying light and medium-duty loads with excellent long term performance.
Ideal for indoor use and suitable with frequent washing, even in presence of more aggressive chemicals.
Reduced rolling resistance allows for smoother manual handling and so less effort is required by the operator.
The polyurethane tyred wheels are also appropriate for use up to 6 km/h and therefore are suitable for both manual and powered handling.

Technical features:
Available versions: red injected polyurethane tyre, hardness 55 Shore D, with polyamide 6 centre (series 60), soft blue injected polyurethane tyre, hardness 85 Shore A, with polyamide 6 centre (series 61), grey non-marking thermoplastic rubber tyre, 85 Shore A hardness, with polypropylene centre (series 71);
The wheel is molded around a single, double sealed (2Z) central ball bearing. Also available with stainless steel ball bearing.;
The glass fiber polyamide bearing caps on both sides of the hub protect the bearing from dust, residual material and aggressive agents;
Available diameters: 80-100-125 mm.
