Significant increase of exhibitors and trend towards joint stands at the logistics fair "transport logistics 2011“
Many exhibtors and visitors can be met at the 13th international trade fair of logistics, mobility, IT and supply chain management „transport logistic 2011“ (10 to 13 May). According to the main press statement of Eugen Egetenmeir, managing director Messe München International, 1,893 exhibitors from 59 countries are participating. This is seven per cent more than at the last fair in 2009. The number of international participants rose 16 per cent to 829 exhibitors. Egetenmeir reported to journalists a trend towards joint stands. In addition to countries, regions and cities, also branch associations are using this option, as e.g. the „international Tank Container village“ shows. Internationalisation of logistics fairs with German know how is proceeding. Messe München and a Turkish partner will organise the "logi trans“ logistics fair in Istanbul from 8 to 10 December 2011.
