Two for Symmetry Park Doncaster

Logistics property developer db symmetry has exchanged contracts with Euro Garages and Irizar UK to buy land at Symmetry Park at junction 34 of the A1(M) near Doncaster.

Euro Garages is to purchase one acre to build a coffee shop and fast food drive through facility. Irizar UK, the sole British supplier of Irizar’s integral coaches, has acquired a four-acre site which will house its new high-end showroom.

Symmetry Park, Doncaster is a £70 million industrial and distribution scheme. db symmetry has committed to deliver up to 721,000 sq ft of logistics space and is already well underway with the first phase of speculative development to provide a 150,000 sq ft unit due to complete in July 2018.
