Unipart targets digital transformation with new MD at Unipart Rail

Neil Walker has been appointed as managing director at Unipart Rail and Unipart Manufacturing Group.

The logistics consultancy has hired Neil Walker as its new managing director for Rail and Manufacturing.

Walker joins from MTR Corporation, where he was business development associate.

He has previous experience in the development and management of novel rail and transportation programmes.

On his appointment he said: “Unipart has been at the forefront of corporate sustainability, and often, the most important corporate innovations.

“I look forward to leading and growing the Rail and Manufacturing businesses in doing their part to develop the company whilst driving Unipart’s digital transformation to a technology led company.”
