US company buys Partner Logistics

Partner Logistics has been bought by US temperature-controlled warehousing company Lineage Logistics.

Partner logisticsPartner Logistics is a leading cold storage provider in Europe with customers such as: Pinguin Foods, Birds Eye, Lab Weston, Tudor Rose International, Dawn Foods and OMSCo.

“This transaction is a great opportunity for our company and our customers,” said Duco Buijze, CEO of Partner Logistics. “We are excited to join Lineage and to increase the resources we have for growth and to expand our service offerings.”
