HWS takes over fulfilment for Austrian luxury brand Wolford As of now the Austrian luxury brand Wolford uses the know how of Hermes Warehousing Solutions GmbH (HWS) in online trade. The Hamburg-based service provider took over the complete fulfilment for online shops for Germany, Austria, France and the Netherlands. The service comprises all back office processes for the webshop and the webshop itself, the operation of call centre services, debts management and payment handling. Moreover HWS assumes logistics tasks like warehousing, distribution and returns management on behalf of Wolford. The goods assortment ranges from high-quality stockings to elegant ready-to-wear, lingerie and swim wear. Warehousing, order-picking and dispatch are effected at the HWS location in Haldensleben (Saxony-Anhalt). The experience in handling high-quality textiles and the vast service range have played a decisive role when the contract was awarded to HWS, as Wolford stated. The Austrian clothing manufacturer issues two collections each year and uses HWS’ eEasy all-in-one solution. It addresses retailers who want a quick and efficient entry into e-commerce.
