Yusen Logistics: New LCL service between Hong Kong and Rotterdam
Yusen Logistics launches a dedicated LCL Service from Hong Kong to Rotterdam; the service is supported by a distribution network to all major inland destinations
Global logistics and supply chain provider Yusen Logistics has enhanced its dedicated less-than-container-load (LCL) product portfolio with a new service to accommodate existing business from Hong Kong to Rotterdam.
The direct service sails from Hong Kong every Sunday and arrives at Rotterdam 26 days later, and is supported by a domestic distribution network service to all major inland destinations.
Yusen Logistics has been bolstering its provision of LCL services to match increased demand in flexible shipping options. This latest addition further strengthens its existing hub network ex Hong Kong, Shanghai and Singapore, as well as a complete full-container-load (FCL) service portfolio.
According to Leo Schoovers, General Manager of Freight Forwarding in Benelux; "The addition of our own Yusen Logistics dedicated Hong Kong to Rotterdam service is in response to growing demand from our existing customers. By operating an express service with guaranteed weekly departures we are further strengthening our already comprehensive service offering."
