20 years of Polytrans spol. s.r.o. in Znojmo
Transport and logistics service provider Polytrans operates mainly in international traffic “We were the first limited liability company in the district of Znojmo and today we are the leading provider of transport and logistics services based in this region.“ With these words Jiri Fuchs presents Polytrans spol. s.r.o. to the Österreichische Verkehrszeitung (Austrian Transport Magazine). The enterprise was founded on 26 June 1990. In 2009 their 70 employees have generated sales revenues of EUR 6.9 million. The core business segment of Polytrans is international part and full load truck transportation. Services in the field of warehousing logistics and customs clearance (INTRASTAT registration) as well as the operation of a truck garage including spare parts trading and a house fuel station complete the portfolio. The company’s fleet comprises about 40 trucks; 90 per cent of them operating as semi and large trailers. The warehouse at the headquarters in Suchohrdly near Znojmo offers around 1,400 sq. m. of covered area.
