Baghdad-freighter service with Turkish Airlines Cargo

 
4th Airbus A310-300 freighter in Turkish Airlines Cargo fleet

From now on the Turkish Airlines Cargo offers also cargo-charter flights from Istanbul to the capital of Iraq, Baghdad. A few days ago the airline started deploying the fourth allfreighter machine, type Airbus A310-300. The airline is aiming to establish its basis Istanbul as a hub for the transport of air shipments with departure and destinations points in Iraq and the Middle East.

Turkish Airlines Cargo operates the freighter fleet to call at 18 destinations with regular services departing from its basis in Istanbul. Maastricht in the Netherlands is served five times weekly. On the route to Frankfurt four rotations per week are available. Cologne, Paris, London and Tel Aviv are connected three times weekly with Istanbul. Almaty, New Delhi, Damaskus, Amman, Zurich and Milan are served two times weekly. In addition the airline serves Dubai, Tbilisi, Moscow, Casablanca, Madrid and Algier once weekly.
