On 12 December another bankruptcy proceeding about the assets and liabilities of a company from the transport and logistics sector started at the regional court Landesgericht Wels. The forwarding company Connect Speditionsgesellschaft m.b.H. (Wels), a specialist of heavy and special transportations with transport accompany slid into insolvency. No details have been given until yesterday about the concerned creditors or the amount of the liabilities.
On 4 February 2011 a remediation procedure had been opened at the regional court Landesgericht Wels about the company that had been operating for 20 years. The proceeding was annulled on 8 June 2011 after the creditors accepted a 20 % remediation plan. According to the association for the protection of creditors Gläubigerschutzverband KSV 1870 the offered quota was paid half to the concerned suppliers.
