New Manager Sales and Marketing with Gefco Austria

Christian Moser assumes responsibility of expansion of sales activities with Gefco Austria

The Austrian company of the French transport and logistics service provider Gefco is making a personnel announcement. Mag. Christian Moser (34) has boarded as the new Sales and Marketing Manager. In this function he will directly report to Thomas Ziegler, Managing Director of Gefco Austria.

Based on many years of experience in the automotive and logistics industry, Moser will be in charge of managing and expanding the sales activities of his new employer. He shall support the enterprise in its regional expansion strategy focused on international industrial customers. In addition to the traditional markets such as western and central Europe Moser will concentrate on future markets such as Eastern Europe, Russia and Central Asia.

Previously to his change to Gefco Moser was active for Gebrüder Weiss. His tasks covered establishing a sales team and attending to national key accounts in the Czech Republic. The born Styrian graduated from the Vienna University of Economics.

Gefco is a specialist for industrial logistics and has 9,400 employees in more than 400 locations around the globe. In 2010 the French enterprise achieved a turnover of about EUR 3.4 billion.
