Acquisition of PER Plus Logistics reinforces position of Bertschi group as a provider of worldwide services in tank container business:
In response to increasing customer demand for global solutions, the Bertschi group has decided to further develop its global activities in the tank container business. In addition to the activities in transatlantic business and in the Middle East, the Swiss enterprise has recently acquired PER Plus Logistics B.V., with headquarters in NL-Zevenbergen.
PER Plus Logistics B.V. is a global deepsea tank container and flexitank operator offering customized logistic solutions made to order, meeting the individual needs of the chemical industry. These solutions hold all aspects of supply chain management from pre-production to dispatch and final delivery. The fleet of standard 26.000 Liters, type T11 tank containers offers optimal flexibility to carry virtually almost of all kind of liquid chemicals, as the company specifies.
PER Plus Logistics will continue to be managed by Rob Kruyswijk, the founder of the company, and will also in the future operate under its current brand name. The company is ISO-9001:2008 qualified and SQAS attested.
