Slovenian Viator & Vektor group is facing its end
Slovenian transport and logistics group Viator & Vektor is preparing to open the insolvency proceedings:
„The Viator & Vektor group and the subsidiary Viator & Vektor Logistika are becoming insolvent. The official opening of the insolvency proceedings has not jet been confirmed“, the organisation for the protection of creditors KSV 1870 announced at the start of this week.
According to a report of the newspaper „Delo“ the management board of the Slovenian transport and logistics group informed its employees about the opening of the insolvency proceedings concerning the Viator&Vektor group and the depending companies Viator&Vektor Logistics and Viator&Vektor Services. The bank accounts of these companies were blocked. Following several months of processes their application for another loan to reinforce the current assets at the amount of EUR 8 million was turned down. The complete capital of the companies is already mortgaged. About 600 employees could lose their job.
