The currently liabilities claimed for in the individual bankruptcy proceedings of the "Interliner Group" total to more than EUR 135 million. The situation is the following:

1) "Interliner" Transporte und Spedition GmbH: rd. EUR 27,203,900.–

2) Rumplmayr KG: rd. EUR 33,275,600.–

3) Residenz Häupl Hotelbetriebs GmbH: rd. EUR 2,730,800.–, company closed

4) Intermontana Transport AG, 6241 Radfeld: rd. EUR 14,600,000.–, company closed

5) Mag. Thomas Rumplmayr, 4551 Ried: EUR 27,500,000.–

6) Dr. Rainer Rumplmayr, 4551 Ried: EUR 29,700,000.–

7) NanoPartner Technologie GmbH, 4551 Ried: EUR 1,600.000,–, company closed

The roots of the group date back to 1990. Thomas Rumplmayr and the forwarder from Linz Franz Häupl founded the “INTERLINER" Speditions-Ges.m.b.H. In the following years they followed an extremely expansionary business policy with this company and more enterprises that were founded and acquired at home and abroad. In 1998 the headquarters were moved from Leonding to Ried im Traunkreis.

Within the so-called "Firmengruppe INTERLINER"  the Rumplmayr KG has the function of a holding company. They did not carry out operative activities themselves. As of 2006 more locations in Belgium, Austria and Germany have been opened. At the turn of the year 2008/2009 the Group operated 500 vehicles and had more than 600 employees.
