Bulgaria’s Eurosped invests EUR 7.7 million in logistic facilities

Bulgarian logistics company Eursped said on Tuesday it is investing around 15 million levs (EUR 7.7 million) in logistic facilities near the coastal cities of Varna and Burgas and in Ruse, on the Danube, SeeNews reports.

The facilities near Varna cover an area of 5,000 sq m and include 300 sq m of offices and a warehouse with a ramp which allows simultaneous unloading of all types of vehicles. In Burgas, the company has started the construction of a transport and distribution centre on a 3,000 sq m land plot located 2 km from the port of Burgas. In Ruse, near the city’s river port, Eurosped has purchased a 40,000 sq m land plot with industrial buildings where it plans to set up a logistic centre with an area of 12,670 sq m and reconstruct the existing warehouses.

Eurosped AD was established in 1990 as the first private enterprise in Bulgaria to offer services in the field of freight forwarding transport and logistics. Since 2010 it offers courier services for the country and all over the world.
