CTL renews its lease at the Industrial Campus Vienna East

Cargo Terminal Logistics GmbH (CTL) has extended its lease agreement with Deutsche Logistik Holding (DLH) for around 35,000 m² warehousing and production halls in the Industrial Campus Vienna East logistics park for five more years. The previous agreement expires on December 31st, 2017. The owner of the CTL company and former owner of the area, Ernst C. Strobl, has been operating his company since 2008 at Enzersdorf an der Fischa.

The Industrial Campus Vienna East is home to Vienna’s most modern industrial and logistics center, located closely to the Vienna Airport. On a plot size of up to 30.3 hectares, up to 160,000 m² of warehouses and offices with a surface of around 10,000 m² will be built in multiple phases. The entire area shall be completed by the end of 2021.

CTL has existed since 1988. The company provides tailor-made storage and logistics services for goods and merchandises of all kinds and is thus an interface between production and distribution. The clients of CTL include large-scale industry, international freight forwarders as well as small and medium-sized companies from trade and production.
