Delmar sells Federated International
Delmar International has sold its Buffalo, New York office, operating under Federated International Inc, to Universal Logistics of Markham, Ontario. Delmar acquired US-based Federated International last year as part of a larger acquisition of the Federated Group and Federated Customs Brokers. According to Delmar CEO Robert Cutler, Delmar already provides US customs brokerage services through its New York, Chicago, Los Angeles and Atlanta offices. Due to the many acquisitions, both globally and domestically, the company saw a good opportunity to partner with a quality company in Buffalo.
