Difficult situation with Intercontainer-Interfrigo (Basel)
Financial and economic crisis in Southeastern Europe causes turbulences at Intercontainer-Interfrigo (Basel) At the general meeting of Intercontainer-Interfrigo SA – short ICF – on 18 October the difficult situation of the enterprise was discussed. The participants agreed on a new meeting by the end of November, to decide about further steps and discuss the company’s future. Further information is to be communicated after this general meeting, they stated in a short press release. Intercontainer-Interfrigo as an operator of intermodal transport with its geographical focus on Southeastern Europe felt last year’s effects of the financial and economic crisis on the new EU-member states and in Turkey.
