DPD Austria parcel service documents its environmental and social responsibility in a new brochure
 
According to the motto “think global, act local“ the DPD Austria parcel service published its first report on sustainable acting. The report sums up all sustainability actions, making a contribution to sustainable parcel logistics day by day. Effects on the environment, staff and society are seen from an integrated approach.
 
“Our commitment to sustainable business is an opportunity and a challenge at the same time. We want to tread this path together and set the course for a long-term, sane cooperation integrating all interests“, says Rainer Schwarz, Managing Director DPD Austria. As a leading international transport and logistics enterprise, DPD is conscious of its responsibility. However, this applies not only to the environment, but also for society as well as economic and social needs of their own employees.
