Dr. Sebastian Jürgens to leave HHLA Executive Board

HHLA group: differences of opinion in the Intermodal segment induces Dr. Sebastian Jürgens to quit the Executive Board:

Dr. Sebastian Jürgens is about to terminate its function in the HHLA Executive Board. In a short press release the Hamburger Hafen und Logistik AG (HHLA) announces the termination of the employment by mutual consent as of 31 December 2011. The reason indicated in the release were differences of opinion regarding the strategic direction, in particular of the Intermodal segment. Sebastian Jürgens’s responsibilities will be assumed by HHLA’s Chairman of the Executive Board, Klaus-Dieter Peters, until further notice.
