DSV and Los Inkas form joint venture

 
DSV develops Latin American market with Los Inkas 

The Danish forwarding company DSV Air & Sea and the Los Inkas Group from Santiago de Chile are about to establish a joint venture named DSV-GL. Within the next two years the two enterprises intend to become an important provider of transport and logistics services in Latin America. The market entry will take place on April 1, when operative business in Argentina, Peru and Chile will be started. More locations in Latin America are to be built, in particular in Venezuela.

DSV-GL (the abbreviation GL means Goldenlogistics) will offer transport and logistics services with a focus in air- and seafreight. Project transports are another focus of the service portfolio. According to a press release the joint venture profits from the experience of Los Inkas and because the company knows the market. DSV in turn contributes a global network of own locations in 55 countries to the partnership.
