New majority shareholder aims to boost RoRo-segment at DFDS

These days DFDS A/S made a stock exchange announcement. Vesterhavet-DSV Holding is to take over 56 per cent of the shares and hence become the new majority shareholder. Vesterhavet-DSV Holding is a joint venture between JL-Fondet (55 percent) and the Danish transportation- and logistics group DSV (45 percent).
