DVS Road AB acquires trailer transport division of Norfolkline
Reinforcement of international trailer transport with DSV Road AB The trailer transports of the Norfolkline AB between Norway and Sweden and the European continent are to change their ownership. DSV Road AB in Sweden (a company of the DSV Group) will take over the activities representing an annual turnover of around SEK 100 million with effect from 1 July 2009. The agreement was signed on 25 June. According to the agreement the trailer transports on the named routes, the Norfolkline offices in Helsingborg (including 2 employees) and the location in Lübeck with 5 employees will be handed over to DSV Road AB. “This acquisition consolidates our strategy to strengthen our market position in the segment of international trailer transports “, says Henrik Holm, Managing Director of DSV Road AB.
