Eddy joins CitySprint

Craig Eddy is to take on the role of director of operations for same day courier company CitySprint where he will manage all final mile operations.

Eddy will also be responsible for CitySprint’s fleet of 5,000+ vehicles, working to ensure that the objectives and core company values are delivered in every operational service centre across the network. Eddy previously worked for Royal Mail as regional manager for the East of England, managing 18 depots with a fleet of over 850 vehicles.

“It is vital that we have the right people on board to support our continuing development. Craig has proven skills and many years’ experience in the sector, and his track record of managing large teams and driving growth means he has the insight and experience needed to ensure further success in the future,” said CitySprint COO Paul Gisbourne.
