ELVIS AG wins Transco Süd and Elflein Spedition as partners

Fleet of ELVIS AG (European load association of international forwarders) counts more than 10,000 trucks fort he first time

Two new partners docked to ELVIS AG (European load association of international forwarders). After the integration of Transco Süd Internationale Transporte GmbH (headquartered in Constance) and Elflein Spedition & Transport GmbH (Bamberg) the network comprises now 93 companies. The ELVIS fleet counts now well above 10,000 trucks.

With its two new partners the full load association densified its network in the lake Constance region and in Upper Franconia. “The white spots on our map of Germany are shrinking“, explains ELVIS CEO Jochen Eschborn. “We have almost reached our target of being able to fall back to a station every 50 kilometres.“ This network density requires cooperation to be able to exchange loads efficiently and serve large-scale customers close to their location.

Transco bring 400 own units to the ELVIS network, Elflein adds 90 vehicles. The main motive of both partners is to improve their load factor. Moreover the new members participate in the pallet clearing and part load system of ELVIS AG, which was presented only recently.
