Enhanced schedule of Rickmers-Linie‘s Pearl String Service to Asia

Pearl String Service of Rickmers Linie to call the Japanese port of Nagoya from September
 
The Rickmers Linie is about to enhance its Pearl String Service. From September the liner service is to call the Japanese port of Nagoya. This means monthly departures will be available linking this port directly to Houston, New Orleans, Savannah, Philadelphia, Antwerp and Hamburg.
 
The enhanced Pearl String Service will be operated with the vessels of Rickmers‘ Hamburg-class. With their flexible interim decks and cargo hold with a lenthgth of up to 32 metres they are specially designed for the transport of general and heavy cargo. These vessels are equipped with cranes that combined can lift a maximum weight of 640 tonnes.
 
The Rickmers-Linie counts among the leading specialists for ocean transport of general cargo, heavy cargo and project loads. The enterprise based in Hamburg is affiliated to the Rickmers Group, operating a fleet of more than 115 vessels.
